They practise their arty firing in India and their Falcons are mostly parked at Kalaikundha base.

That is where IAF Pilots got intensive exposure to the Falcons apart from co-operation with the Israeli AF in Israel. There is an IAF team stationed in Israel.

Singapore and India has good relation. Singapore is the only country in the world which has given permission to permanently having their F-16 C/D in Kalaikunda AFB for training purposes. There were talks about Singapore having same type of facility in Babina as well where they will station their Stryker, artillery and may be Leopard 2A4 SG!

PAF's main frontline fighter was operating in India before it was inducted into the PAF itself.

Many IAF pilots are sort of experts on F-16s having flown it for hundreds of hours ( of course unofficially )...
Why do you think Pakistani experts were expecting F-16s in IAF inventory in case of war...

IAF has experiences of not only Singapore AF F-16s but also Israeli and USAF air force F-16 for long time. Also don't forget IAF evaluating all excepts of the most modern F-16, ie F-16IN.

We have had Hands-On training in Singaporean and Israeli F 16s. As all our pilots have been deputed in those airforces.
