Indian Army Colonel Killed in Kashmir

Hi,
There is a reason the word iok is banned in this forum...

Holy shyt! this happens to be a Pakistani forum...

You mein friend can post all your "cool" proverbial crap on bharat bhakshak all you want but this is primarily a Pakistani forum...

Just in case it has not been observed..

This also happens to be a part of the civilised world & a military forum.

Militaries have a tradition of respecting the dead enemy - He fell doing his duty to his country as I do to mine.

No one disrespects the dead even if he was an enemy .

Keep this in your head as you grow up.

Militaries are supposed to protect people, not oppress them...
Your hero may not be my hero...
Appreciating this colonel's death would mean i ok what he was doing in Kashmir. Which would be hypocritical of me. I of course have respect for soldiers of all nationalities doing their responsibilities but for ones i don't agree with, i reserve the right to point out...

You obviously have no military background

Freedom Fighters for some , Terrorists for others ..

but the difference is that Kashmiri Fighters are constantly attacking Indians Army , but other Terrorist Organizations attack unarmed Civilians ..

The way the modi govt has been handling IOK, they have been further isolating the common kashmiri. Good going

.
Condolences to the Indian Army Colonel and his family hopefully the loss will allow the Indian government to reflect on their failed Kashmir occupation policy and bring an end to this cycle of violence.

Modi's more competent than any leader you've ever had. If you think he has mismanaged, then rest assured what you've done and you will face will be far far worse.

It will make them reflect all right...on why it is important to disembowel the puppet masters.

You want me to put up a picture where they flashed ISIS flags? Turns out the minority fringe elements there have more trust in ISIS than in Pakistan.

Anything that pisses off the occupying forces is fair game :enjoy:

Farewell Col

The ribbons & hardware he wears is indicative of his bravery & courage.

They also explain his impatience in battle & rush of blood to lead from the front.

Soldiers don't journey through life,

They journey through eternity

Life is just a stop over.

I agree with some of the statements made here. the groups fighting in Kashmir as I have said before are soft militant groups. There are rare occasions they hurt civilians but most of the time their focus is not to hurt the people of Kashmir and attack only soldiers, regardless of the fact that civilians are hindu or muslim i might add.

Though it is still deplorable as they do not go with permission from a state to fight as they are supposed to but these groups are far less potent or evil as groups as the Taliban, Boko Haram, AQAP, LeJ and Jamaatul Ahrar. We should destroy these groups completely before we can even intend to stop the lashkar e toiba and HUJI.

I agree fully with @third eye, there is no excuse for disrespecting the dead and especially not someone who died serving a higher purpose. One may have differences with their cause but never their devotion.
