UN is a unified force, up till recently, Indian Helis used to provide Air Support to Pakistani troops like they would to any other , now Pakistani Helis do the same for Indian Troops. Indian Troops are treated at Pakistan's field hospitals like any other would and in serious cases Pakistanis are flown to the Indian Hospital in South Africa like all others. When serving under the UN, there is no animosity between Pakistani and Indian troops, a sense of competitiveness perhaps but no animosity.
