Because they're being shot down one way or another, and Indians cannot admit to the world they ave a serious, deadly trouble brewing there.

Also the fuel depots in Xinjiang in order to be able to fly them, in case of successful Indian naval blockade.

NEW DELHI, Aug. 9 (Xinhua) -- A Sukhoi Su-30 fighter jet of the Indian Air Force (IAF) crashed in India's northeastern state of Assam on Thursday evening.

Both pilots ejected safely from the aircraft and were rescued. "One of the pilots suffered injury in his leg," an IAF source told Xinhua on Friday.

The fighter jet was on a routine training mission when it crashed in farmlands in the Milanpur area, and burst into flames at around 8:30 p.m. local time.

Locals living in the area helped one of the pilots in coming out of the wreckage.

Another Doklam confrontation China may go to war with India earlier than Pakistan does, China had aleady started to mobilized towards the end of that crisis.

The economic, technological and military differential between China and India is the widest today than at any other point in history but it will only keep decreasing from now onwards. IMO this is perfect time for China to teach India a lesson.
