Here is my idea:

SU 30 MKI 272---> FGFA in future 15 squads
Rafale 62 off the shelf----> AMCA in future 4squads
Mirage 2000 50+ 130 retired Armee de le'air purchased/ from other countries= 180 10 sqauds
Mig 29 UPG 72 4 squads
LCA 200+-----> Mk 2/3 in future 10+ squads

total = 43 squadrons of 4 gen aircraft all multi role

Retire all mig 21/27 and jaguars( not multi role or too old)
