A discotheque with a condom theme is scheduled to open in the northern Indian town of Chandigarh as part of an effort to make young people aware of AIDS and the need for safe sex, news reports said.

The bar’s interior is decorated with real condoms, serves beer in mugs the shape of the prophylactic and the staff’s uniforms are covered in condom prints. The bar, which is open soon, will distribute free condoms to customers and sell them as well. Billed as India’s first ‘condom bar’, the concept is being promoted and implemented by a government-supported organization - the Chandigarh Industrial and Tourism Development Corporation. dpa

Thank God, I got into a fix couple of times in bangalore; where I had to go find 24hr Drug Store to get one, I dont think the gal's were that impressed with a guy running around for a condom ..;lol..A club is the best place to have one vending machine. Its a widely practiced atleast in the UK, to have a vending machine of condom's in the mens restroom
