India imported 25,000 MT = 25,000 Tonne = 25,000,000 kg of wheat!

a) Global Hunger Index has got nothing to do with actual hunger, and
b) it uses a questionable methodology.

That doesn't change the fact that Pakistan does not produce enough wheat to feed itself, forget selling it to Afghanistan.
