I was hoping for WestIndies in final as their captain said we hope to see you again after loss to India and they were winning until SL happened.

Srilanka is clearly better than India in the recent encounters.

Anyway final wasnt as exciting as expected.

This looked like a one sided match, first Srilankan bowlers limited india to a low score and then Srilankan batsmen were all over the boundaries, im sure if it was Pakistan this match would have been a lot more exciting.

Exactly.

We won it for 5 days and on the 6th day we lost.

Everybody expected us to be invincible in this tournament and got their chance of the last day to rejoice.

We are not complaining. Except for yuvi's wastage of time and the pressure afterwards all was doing fine.

When these much of teams from around the globe are playing for world cup glories, winning ODI world cup, champions trophy is too much and runners up trophy should be enough to satisfy the cricket crazy nation.
