It doesn't bother me much. Anyway, nobody knows why HRK gives his negative rating. He seem hyper sensitive and anything that doesn't conform even slightest to his ideas gets a -ve ratings. Off late majority of my -ve ratings are from him. While he was a moderator, he was banning me almost every time the day my ban was over..so for almost 6 months I was banned. Good that he is not anymore the moderator.
