They have a population of 1.35 billion and growing with hundreds of millions either side of poverty, they have a top ten economy by default, Pakistan too will soon enough have a top 20 economy by default simply because of the amount of people in our countries
They need major, colossal growth without hiccups otherwise their population and poverty will drown them

Now to your basic questions, Pakistan and Turkey have superb relations based upon a historic bond
Turkey needs friends in the new world and it knows Pakistan will always support it come what may and Turkey reciprocates
As a result Turkey has cool relations with india (personally I believe you should maximise economic opportunity with india and every other nation) A strong Turkey = a stronger Pakistan
Now let me tell you about the indians/hindus
We HATE these people, we wouldn't trust them even for a bit and that is because we understand them, their hang ups and who they are
Mohammed Ali Jinnah the father of Pakistan understood the hindus and demanded a seperate homeland for the Muslims
The hindus have 1000 years of humiliation and defeat at the hands of various muslim empires, kings, rulers etc
It has damaged their psyche and given them massive hang ups and issues
Pakistan in many ways is the physical manifestation of their humiliation
Millions of muslims whose ancestors were hindus, big chunk of land carved away from there bharat who refuse to bow to them and give them hatred snd conflict and impede their desire to be a regional and world power
