You are talking about the same group which dsnt disclose the actual soldiers died even to the Parliament and states national security,truth is far from what they tell you.

It's no secret that the Pakistani military establishment plays a rather different role in Pakistani affairs compared to most other countries and I do not agree with it. However, that doesn't mean they are lying by not disclosing the number of casualties as disclosing number of casualties can lower troop morale and let enemy know how successful or unsuccessful their tactics were.

But Pakistan isn't the one initiating the cross-border firing, is it? Also, which internal problems are you referring to? If they are political, then I doubt the army would want to divert attention from them.
