India have a strong case in the form of "Toilet shortage" to ask for Aid from the International community. they can just go and beg saying, hey look, we are a super power but are not having toilets in our country. Good then. Better sanitation can stop people from eating shit that get mixed through ground water, do you know which is the most dangerous disease that spreads by people eating or drinking fecal matter? Polio.
We managed to have better sanitation coverage though it, zero cases of such diseases and reduction in diarrhea related death.
