India Today: Pak General's bloodless coup

Problem with non civilian government is their "No laws for us" mentality . This leads to more corruption in defence deals and suicidal foreign policies . If this is good for Pakistan then generals can rule Pakistan . But with civilian government one can question or bring them to books
Sorry their is not much corruption in Armed Forces and specially in defence deals it's even more rare

Well that is a non-starter itself. This is an institution whose uses nothing but anti-Indian rhetoric to justify their pillaging and looting of the Pakistani coffers, it is not in their interest to talk with India or improve ties with India. Listen to the statements all COAS of the PA have made regarding India and Kashmir- they are not exactly paving the way for peace nor are they indicating that is part of their long term agenda.

This General's uncle & brother died in conflict with India. Can't be easy to forget that. Would require a real big man to get past that.

Obviously. It is PA that is the source of all problems. Or else it was Martians who supported and fought along side Mukti Bahini in 1971. And it was aliens from Jupiter who invaded Kashmir even before the oppressive hindu ruler signed the accession papers and it was residents of planet Venus who occupied Siachen and started a new conflict.

India never did anything against Pakistan after all.

He is a soldier. Someone whose whole family from grandfather and brothers to father served in military. Someone who is proud of his brother's and uncle's achievement. Any man of dignity would be proud and so is General Raheel. Army is in his blood. He is not a sissy like you.A keyboard warrior.Someone who even use deaths of their soldiers for TV ratings.

His policies regarding India are realistic and is not based on delusions of Aman ki Asha. He knows what India understands and he is following the same language. Improvement in Pakistan's internal situation is a testimony of success of his policies. He is doing what is good for his country and we as a nation are with him.

Whatever.. Least concerns us.

However do check the praise every "patriotic" Pakistani was lavishing over "incredible leadership" by Kayani when he was general. Picture of him alongside your Qaid-e-azam was cherry on the top. This is your country's tradition. Always praise General in power and abuse him when he retires.

Bullshit as expected

It's been pretty obvious to all Pak watchers for a while, that he, not the other Sharif is in charge.

After the PA's war crimes in, then, East Pakistan forced millions of Bangladeshi refugees into India, India was forced to respond.
And it was aliens from Jupiter who invaded Kashmir even before the oppressive hindu ruler signed the accession papers
It is a historical fact that the accession papers were signed in a haste because of Pakistani tribals/proxies entering into Kashmir and attempting to capture the entire state, the IA managed to push them back but not entirely before winter set in. This is all a matter of historical record, what alternate timeline are you taught in Pakistan?

planet Venus who occupied Siachen and started a new conflict.
After learning the PA was preparing to capture Siachin the IA launched a pre-emptive operation.

Well a lot of Indians have died at the hands of Pakistanis and vice versa, all sides need to be "big". Having said that a war is one thing- there is some honour and level of comprehension behind that, the innocent lives lost because of acts of terror on Indian soil at the hands of Pakistani-state terrorists is much, much harder to forgive.

. . .
what if I told you that we all (Pakistanis) are in it together :azn::azn: in supporting GEN. Raheel Shareef...and his methodology to overcome the insecurities that bother Pakistan and its citizens.
