You are totally misled by the information, j20 will be inducted no later than 2014. At the time we disclosed j10,j20 had begun it's flight test, which means many years past since then. China is progressing at incredible pace than anyone could image, we handle thing in different logic compared to indian.

Antony actually said the first squad is planned for induction 3 to 4 years after the contract is signed, which was the aim from the start of MMRCA anyway. Contract will be signed this year => induction of first Rafales in 2015.
