Why India to increase troops along China border?
We should be wary of the Indian military. They want to break the military balance, that is not friendly.

Given the Chinese increase of troop levels in Tibet, which is taken to be not too friendly a move, as also with that huge exercise in Tibet to include airlift from Mainland China, which too was not taken to be too friendly an action. it is but natural that India shores up her defences because of these 'aggressive actions'.

FYI, 60% of Bhutans budget is financed by India every year. India is responsible for Bhutan's air space sanctity. Their army training and weapons supply is done by India. Invasion of Bhutan == Attack on India.
