India is ow no more a buying nation. We produces world class weapons. If russia has to offer anyting it need to be a truly a world class syatem. They have to produced it in India on partnership basis. The days have gone where Russia can sell us whtever they produce. We have a highly specific and best in the class weapon requirements. Russian systems must fit into our requirement criterion.
