I think u r missing the point ,these are not based on 70's design ,they are world class ships and they have a high indigenous content . besides hull they include sub systems like Bel humsa sonar, Bel EMCCA combat management system,Ellora electronic support measures, nstl mareech, kavach decoy system,Bel Aparna ,Bel rawl, Bel revathi 3d radar and many more , the design and the stealth technology is also indigenous the future ships of I Dian navy will have more indigenous content
