That is up to retard corrupt government if they can spend billions here and there without being accountable then they can spend enough to create model cities. What about people who go to mars would they get jobs and great healthcare.

Deciding on making a model city in middle of a completely untouched land just as US and Canada had vast lands in 1500 and 1600 century they did not even have great tools at the time. It would all have to be planned. I am telling you in next 50 Years world will have to move to such lands to make people settle there and create ground up new Cities.

Airport, Health facilities, Alternate Energy sources, investment in huge pipe lines for water deliver/ sewerage/gas etc. Revolutionary housing designs something like space age designs would be needed. Ambitious project but 50 years from now world would be thinking about it.

The fathers take financial responsibility to a certain extent but here is something we share with - we have PDS which subsidizes the basic food items and so there are more mouths we have to share the subsidies with which is a drain on the system, subsidized gas, limited seats in our educational institutions to share with, resources like water and electricity to share with. Not to mention the altering of demographics.

But you look at India, rich people do not have more kids but the poor do. Take even the example of muslims in India - South Indian muslims do not practice polygamy or have more children and they are well off as shown by the TFR in South Indian muslims which is very low but take the muslims in North India who are poor - their TFR if the highest in the country more than 3 children per woman.

I understand your point. Poor people dont have much awareness of the situtation. We can educate them and can create awareness among poor people of the society but still it should be their personal decision that how many kids they want. We cannot force them to have one or two kids. yea poor people might get basic foods at cheap prices but still its not totally free and same is the case with electricity, education, health care etc I also don't get why male sterilization is not common in India and most contraceptives method use only for females

I believe there is already some work going on in regards to making future living organic cities in the sky but whether or not it comes to fruition is another thing, China was said to be working on one such design called Sky City.

I do not support any form of religious law be it for Muslims or Hindus there should be one law that of the land and polygamy has no place in society in 2013, does Uk have such a law? nope nor does any western country
