This is another topic. Ask you dictator why he choses to spend billions on military expenditre when his country is far worse off than us. It has no money, it has a bad economy. And the number of por estimated in India is 200-300 million. With world bank commending India, of lifting a copious amount of people out of poverty in the last 5 years. I dont think the same can be said for Pakistan by a LONG SHOT.
Who is the 'highly' trained engineer who is sleeping under roadsides??
please do let us know the truth about India!!
I beg your pardon?
Equally surprising is that 35% of India's population lives on less than $1 a day, which is comparable to Bangladesh's 36% and much worse than Pakistan's 17% and Sri Lanka's 6%.

Extreme poverty as defined by the World Bank is living on less than 1 dollar a day
Population of people percentage wise
Less than 1 dollar a day 34.7% for India
Less than 1 dollar a day 17% for Pakistan this was reduced from around 33%

India also have higher rates of child malnutrition, child labour etc.
I can also give you so many links on how well Pakistan’s economy is doing
Service sector businesses like Trisoft are exploding in Pakistan, reaching record growth this year and accounting for half the country's gross domestic product. They've helped the economy grow so fast - 8.4 percent in 2005 - that some are calling it one of Asia's hottest.

I’m not trying to turn this into a comparison of poor people because I think that is in poor taste and the same will be said for
tomcat but saying things like a “long shot” I just had to respond. I’ll be the first to say that
Pakistan can learn off India in terms of how well it has done economically and we should work together to get rid of the cancer of poverty. We shouldn’t bash each other on this.
Sorry for taking this off topic moderators.
