This is a common practice among all the Navies to give a friendly port visits, just like Indian warship docked in shanghai a few months back.
The submarine is on its way to Gulf of Aden on an Anti-Piracy Patrol.

These are mostly English newspapers, other local language media outlets are more interested in domestic/local news. Now a days people here don't take these things seriously. And most of all members on a defense forum should know that this kind of port visits are very common, even senior members are trolling on this thread.
