India strongly objects to Pakistan raising Kashmir issue at UN General Assembly session

As long as your covert operations will continue in Kashmir there can not be a meaningful dialogue. And in the absence of a meaningful dialogue the issue can not be resolved. When Gen Musharraf agreed to withdraw the jihadis from Kashmir and he actually did it, the real meaningful dialogues took place. But then he lost his power and Mumbai attack happened and things went back to square one. Its clear that some power centers in Pakistan do not want to resolve the Kashmir issue and prefer the status quo as it serves their interests.
Provide prove what type of covert operation running by Pakistan in Kashmir, and why you don't stop those covert operations by your supa pow Indian army, are they sleeping in IOK, yes they sleeping for those covert operation:lol::rofl:
Stop terrorism in Kashmir and also stop sponsoring terrorism in Pakistan through Afghanistan and Iran, your biggest terrorist nation on the planet Earth:enjoy:

What has these years of crying in front of UN braught to pakistan other than embarassment ?

Pakistan rather should grow a spine and do whatever is required man to man.

Even india has claims on azad kashmir, but you would never see india crying like girl in UN.

.
If we never intervened, y'all would've pulled a Vajpayee and laid strength to your claim that Kashmir is not a disputed region. No, both terrorism and issue of Kashmir should be discussed together because they are interlinked.

Let me just add that raising the issue in front of UN or any other third party is not allowed under the Simla Agreement. Both us and India need to negotiate it by sitting in a room together and discuss it. Oh, and by bringing along JKLF and pro-India Kashmiri party to the meeting so that Kashmiri representatives are also present

Simla Agreement has not (and legally can not) superseded the UN Resolutions. The LEGAL process is that if India, Pakistan and the Kashmiris agree on any solution of this dispute, they will have to go back to the UN Security Council with that "solution" to get it endorsed by the UNSC. Until then Kashmir will remain as an unresolved international dispute on the agenda of the UN Security Council, and the UN Resolutions on Kashmir will remain valid regardless of when they were adopted.

Valid as what, though? Is it anything other than a statement? Does it have the force of the necessity to be executed? Asking this as a question, respectfully.

World knows clearly why India has always been disinclined to carry out any fruitful debate to resolve the Kashmir dispute. It's just their hypocritical attitude towards injustice in Kashmir that the matter is not resolved yet. The continuous ignoring and escape of the guilty party from any sensible international argument to resolve the matter says the whole story. Recently, the freedom movement in Kashmir has risen to its peak as it has never been before and India has been badly failed to suppress it by force like always.

Thing about insurgencies is: they can't be won by force. Territory is the the only factor; you have to win hearts and minds. Without that, you're incapable of making headway. Doing that is what India lacks. Clearly killing a popular commander (Wani) and using pellet guns didn't win any hearts.
