Intellectual rights are something necessary now a days for International markets and as our market is growing we need it. I remember US has patented Indian spices such as Turmeric, Neem etc and then there are court cases pending.

Think logically, We as Indians never asked anyone for their separate country if you have been separated then you have to live with the culture you have and we have always upper hand for claiming cultural heritage. If it sounds pathetic then let it be.. can't help it.

Come On Skies, You are logical thinker I know. We share same culture and tradition and this is acceptable but if you say historically and practically, you fail on both the grounds as historically it is claimed in Indian books and practically it is still under manufacturing in Indian Bengal.
