India still dominates Pak's strategic threat perception: US April 06, 2011

Of course, China is building infrastructure!

I wonder who is telling bedtime stories.

You are free to disbelieve me if you want. :azn:

In a way, I can see the upside of the Indian media's warmongering, because India will continue to pump more money/resources into acquiring foreign weapons, rather than investing in their own economy. Whereas China's defence industry is almost completely indigenous, so our defence spending goes back into our own country.

Ten years down the line, we'll have a lot less economic competition coming from India.

The same way you guys thought it to be your sovereign territory when you walked right in.

No one in Pakistan has claimed J&K is Pakistan's sovereign territory, its always maintained that its a disputed territory, whose status must be resolved in accordance to the wishes of the people of J&K.

tip to indians. don't shot across the borders anymore. the chinese will shoot back.

Surprised you don't know them. You should pay few visits to the Bangladesh section in this forum and look for especially the "Economic threads".

This wouldn't be an nickname for a group of members here, would it?

Every Pakistani man, woman and child looks forward to China's rise. With the bottom of of my heart, I believe China's success can become synonymous with Pakistan's success.

Yada yada yada.... Tell that to your ex-president Musharraf and people who backed the terrorists who infiltrated. Too bad you can't ask this question to the infiltrators themselves. ... they went kaboom.

Thanks buddy.

Pakistan has an enormous amount of potential, which is being held back by the "war on terror". Once that is over, there is enormous scope for development in Pakistan.

Well, it's disputed territory; it's doesn't belong to India or Pakistan as of now. I think this English phrase is appropriate: "It's up for grabs". Still, I don't think Pakistan has any plans of teaming up with China & starting a war against India, there are more important things to do right now, such as the development of Gwadar, gas pipelines from Iran & other economic development projects, especially in Balochistan.

You mean to say Pakistanis dont have guts to shoot back indians. only chinese can do that...'

man dont defame your allies

heh, what i'm saying is you don't want to start none with the chinese:bunny:

I wouldn't go so far as to say "It's up for grabs"... It would be a cheap and emotionless statement especially to the Kashmiri people.

Truly unfortunate how the events in the history have put us in this situation, but if it is a genuine interest in improving the infrastructure, I wonder why the Pakistani engineers are not doing it. After all you guys have built world class Motorways inside your country and I am sure you have all the technical expertise to build your own highways.
