Because large public rallies are not *** common as worship. They happen rarely. Further, as I said earlier, for rallies only public areas are the place. You can't take out a rally in your house right ? Whereas the proper place of worship is the house or the mosque/temple.

Quite often on YouTube I see comments from Indian Muslims that for no reason curse Pakistan & type 'Jay Hind'.

Perhaps, this might be an eye-opener for them that the very nation whom they are patriotically standing up for, is now about to take away their right to pray.

Yes, you can. You're being a hypocrite by comparing different situations and belief sets. And trying to justify the Muslim oppression by Hindutva people.

I have prayed in the public multiple times when I needed to offer prayers. Many times, for Eid prayers and sometimes Jumma, our local Mosque puts carpets on the road outside our Mosque....it's a pretty closed area but it's still public.

As for non-Muslims, Dhimmis has restricted rights under the Sharia. If you got a problem with that, you got a problem with Allah. Talk about this matter to him, not me.

Khalistan wants to occupy Pakistani Punjab too....so it's best for us to support them until India is fragmented, then use out might to dissolve them and take over. We need to rule over majority of India, so that no one can challenge us in the future.

Since, you are not aware of GROUND REALITIES... let me help you with it...

This is basically happening because of traffic jams on FRIDAY... and to AVOID HINDU POLITICIANS who have started a program of offering prayers (hanuman chalisa) on ROADS on TUESDAY... This was creating TRAFFIC HAVOC in those areas where ROADS are four or six lanes... TWO lane... NIGHTMARE...
Intially, one side of road was completely blocked by the AUTHORITIES to avoid any accident... let me provide a clear picture to you...
a six lane BUSY HIGHWAY... a mosque... FRIDAY... people park their vehicles ON ROAD... OFFER prayer on road... ONE side is completely blocked... at some points it leads to a traffic jam for 3/4 hours... Hindu leaders raised this issue in front of authorities... no action taken... they started offering prayers IN SIMILAR MANNER... on Tuesday...

Further, In India... you need approval from authorities for any kind of public gathering in parks and other government places aka PUBLIC PLACES... and for each INSTANCE... but nobody was doing it in the case of FRIDAY NAMAZ... so it was already ILLEGAL to do so... but appeasement politics and secularism was not allowing the authorities to take any action...

How Indian Muslims are coping with it... PARKING their vehicles in ORGANISED MANNER... OFFERING prayers without ENCROACHING the roads/parks...

Hmm... what is the issue... why just one park... reason...

It all started with 5/6 people gathering at park to offer Friday prayers in the park without getting permission from local authorities... over a period of time, the number reached 200+...

Few week back when a local villager was going to his home... people were coming out from the park after offering Friday prayers... he kept blowing the horn but no one gave way to him... so he parked the car there... but some of the peace lovers reached to him and warned him to get ready for consequences, if he will blow horn like that, again...

Being a local... he felt really offended by such threat and reported the issue at local police station... police went there but everyone has left the park by that time... next week police reached the park and told them to stop such activities as they not have permission for public gathering in the park... they also detained one Maulana as he was feeling that SP is still in power in UP and abused the officer in charge...

And rest is the...

Look for the names... Nagar and Bhati... I know some of the petitioners... that's why I know what has happened and what could have happened... because of police today Noida is peaceful and TVs are buzzing...
