U.S is strict on selling drones and even more strict in allowing them to be armed.

think only the UK and Italy has the privilege to arm it's American made drones.

I am also surprised the Avenger hasn't taken off, but seems the Army/Airforce are content with the Reaper and Grey Eagle. for now.

US drones don't operate over FATA without being tracked or without coordination over airspace traffic with Pakistan. Pakistan itself has helicopters, PAF jets and other aircraft in the air at any given time, not to mention intelligence and military operations on the ground. US drone flights over FATA without coordination with Pakistan would be a potential nightmare in terms of air accidents or Pakistani ground forces being accidentally targeted.

And the Predator drones don't offer India any real conventional military advantage over Pakistan - these aren't 'stealth aircraft', are slow moving, and will get shot down the first time the Indian's try to use them to attack Pakistani territory.

The biggest advantage to India from these drones will be from utilizing them in her own COIN and patrolling operations, which will primarily be reconnaissance related.

India accounted for the largest number of poor people in any country in 2012, but its poverty rate was lowest among countries having large number of poor population, the World Bank said in a latest report, which uses a revised methodology for measuring poverty.

“India was home to the largest number of poor in 2012, but its poverty rate is one of the lowest among those countries with the largest number of poor,” the multilateral lending institution said in a report titled Ending Extreme Poverty and Sharing Prosperity: Progress and Policies.

According to the report released on Monday, the number of people living in extreme poverty around the world is likely to fall to under 10% of the global population in 2015, as it gave fresh evidence that a quarter-century-long sustained reduction in poverty is moving the world closer to the historic goal of ending poverty by 2030.
