It's all politics Kid. Both governments know that kesab is Pakistanis and was trained in pakistan AND that Indian raw is creating troubles in Balochistan. :coffe:

being a Pakistani and being trained by any unknown or non-government group within Pakistan is a different thing, like there are groups working within Pakistan that has Pakistani nationals recruited who are doing suicide bombings within Pakistan too, where RAW the main intelligence agency of the government of India, if that is involved in Baluchistan that is a whole different issue ..
