Well we don't really like authoritarian rulers, the last time such thing happened back in 72 during congress govt of Siddhartha Shankar Roy which helped communists to come to power. Congress never been able to regain it's foothold in Bengal. Seems Mamata is going down the same lane.

lol intellectual superiority is farce just as martial race theory. UP has been and still is the center of politics, literature etc in North India.
