Please don't twist the facts. Taiwan is still a province of China even in the ROC Constitution.
You cannot use Taiwan as a country to talk about permanent members of the Security Council.

1. You've been twisting the facts.

2. Taiwan implements the ROC Constitution. Taiwanese call China are "mainland". Or "Mainland China". Cai is still President of ROC. Not "President of Taiwan". Whatever some Taiwanese want to do, respect the ROC Constitution first.

3, 1945-1949 is RPC representing China in UN. But what you are talking about is Taiwan. You don't even talk about the Republic of China. you regard Taiwan as a country, in fact have violated the ROC Constitution.
