It is richer than all neighbouring Indian states and the gap is growing as BD is growing faster(8% in BD compared to 6% in India)
BD fertility rate is lower than India and so there are not enough native workers for the unskilled jobs that are available. Indians come into BD to fill these posts. Both legal highly skilled Indians and illegal unskilled Indians work in BD. If you do not want to accept this then that is your choice.

Any unskilled person can earn 100 US dollars a month working in a garment factory in BD or 2-250 dollars as a farm labourer.
