India Pakistan War going Nuclear

India has never been an aggressor.Our economy is not that good to be an aggressor.If India is aggressor there wold have been two wars,One after parliament attack another now.Both have valid reasons to get acceptance from wold very easily.

Obviously reason is we do not have money right now to afford a war...
After all everything counts on how much money you have...
