I have not said that pakistan want peace what i have said that pakistan "need" peace.

1. By posting anti-peace statements and saying that go to villages and see whole lot of pakistanis don't want peace only justifies my stand and make my point strong and clear.

Yes, Pakistan wants peace. Chest-thumping net-warrior patriots like you and those you know don't decide the fate and outcome of a nation of 180 million people, its the politicians who do. So if those 'lacking in balls' politicians say that they want peace, they are representing and speaking on behalf of your 180 mil strong population, whether u like it or not.

And I agree with some of my fellow Indian posters over here. There is no way we can trust Pakistan's intentions, not after that colossal betrayal called Kargil and neither can we take a decision based on what their civilian government is doing. Neither should they be expecting this of us. They can't man the Siachen due to their losses, it's still their army and their problem. Yes we sympathize with you, yet those losses you encountered up there are a logistical problem for your own army and government. Pull out all you want, we should never let down our guard simply because you want us to.

New Delhi : India Monday strongly denied Pakistani media reports that the Indian Army troops are moving to peace-time locations from forward areas, reversing deployments made following the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks.

"There are no such plans," India's defence ministry spokesperson Sitanshu Kar said in a two-line statement here.

"The report published in Express Tribune, Islamabad edition, dated May 14 that 'India may move troops to peace time locations' is completely incorrect and without any basis," Kar said.

The report had claimed that India is likely to withdraw troops from wartime positions on its Pakistani border, where they were deployed following the Nov 26, 2008 terror attack in Mumbai.

It also claimed that India and Pakistan had arrived at an understanding in this regard during Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari's visit to New Delhi April 8 this year, quoting unnamed military and diplomatic officials.

1. It is just announcement and nothing happened yet. But we all should take such developments seriously. While voting for Next Govt. we should kick out Manmohan singh for sure.

2. There is no point in arguing on this here with Pak. citizens. Our responsibility is to make our people aware of such things.

3. Remember, Pakistan is our North Korea. Only thing we can do is watching them dying by every passing day. People like Gelani and zardari are more than capable for this. Just watch Gelani's interview with foreign press, how he is happy with those who want to leave Pakistan. Just think what Non-residential Paksitani will think, if he or she is planning to invest in their home country.

4. Regarding our Pakistani members who are saying tht we should vacate those posts from both sides. If any indian soldier have issue with tht then I am ready to serve my motherland at those Height.

Troop withdrawal from wartime areas to peace time posts are ok in every other area other than places except a few that is not clearly defined in the previous agreements made between the two countreis.
Troops in Places like Siachin can be withdrawn when both the respective government agree to accept and defines the boundary clearly. Else in future any misadventure by one side will result in a nuclear war which is not good for both sides

Agreed, they are becoming victims of their own terror and rightfully so. A failed state in the midst of invoking some emergency procedures to reverse the situation. It isn't our problem in the least. We should stick to our ground regardless of what they do.

Before we ask of our soldiers to vacate those heights, let us remember one thing Indian brothers. This is a request by a nation and people who have been responsible for the deaths of numerous innocent Indians, for no rhyme or reason. Yes, I am. And you know what? That means I have paid my dues. I have contributed to the defence of my country. There are pilots flying today who wouldn't have made it without the work we did. India's flagship space rocket works on a mission computer programmed by our team. The Navy teaches its Fleet Air Arm pilots to fly choppers in simulators we made. We acquired glass cockpit technology to be able to help implement it, to support the porting effort, on the SU30MKI.
