India not even close to where China was 5 years ago: Chinese daily

.
For someone who is considered as super power takes very unusual interest in poor country like India..is it fear or knowing that someday we will not only reach but surpass china

You got it all wrong. China has never claim to be a superpower, nor dose it want to be one. It is this "poor country" of yours that claimed to be a Superpower by 2012 in the announcement by its president in 2009, and by the Bollywood in the form of a video titled "India in 2030".

So you don't have wait until "someday", you ARE the Superpower!

Come on dude why you so called mighty Chinese dragon not able to put that little blue pill satellite do you have the answer???
Have india ever make a successful manned mission to space? Has india make a space walk yet? Has India make a soft landing lunar mission yet? Has India ever make a space module docking yet?

China has achieved 4 space feat which india can't do compare to 1 india ahead.

If you think just Becos of a Mars mission is going mask india space deficiency compare to more advance of China one. Good luck!

You are ignorant of India's great achievements. Ancient India invented space travel, quantum teleportation, anti-gravity machines, plastic surgery, genetic engineering, computer chips, zero, and many other wonders. India is the source of all knowledge, all languages, and all religions.

Correct.

Soft landing is not an easy technology to grasp. We have successfully mastered this technology on earth when our people returned home safely many times from their missions and then landing on the moon. And yet space rendevouz and docking are another string of difficult tech maneuvers.

Sending man into space is a lot more difficult than unmanned missions because you need to take care of "breathe-eat-sleep-clean-sh*t-pressure-communication" ie builiding and operating a life-supporting system which works like living on earth. Our spacecraft are proven and time-tested designs to accomodate 1 , 2 (including our first space walk) and then 3 taikonauts for respective missions of varying suitable durations up to 15 days in space.

Plus we have a full-scaled sat navigation system already in operation plus we can shoot down outta space defunct satellites plus the accomplishment of mid-range missile interceptions plus our heavy lift rocket soon to be launched plus we have sent 20 satellites in one go plus our space telescope deployed in the last Lunar mission is still sending back live feeds plus a better developed space tracking system Plus what have I missed out?

I dont think we cant reach Mars
It is just not our priority

Definitely I don't doubt the Chinese progress but why you comparing yourself from us ,these comparison are just propaganda of western powers to spread venom between the two growing countries can't you understand.

Note: the Moon landing in our last mission was unmanned
Those below in the pipeline are going to bring us a lot more fun

You have highlighted an important point and that is the mentality of Indians
is very backward. Why people kill over religion is beyond me - it strikes me as
very odd that you would kill after literally being brainwashed by parents since birth.

India needs to focus on basics like sanitation, basic healthcare, decent nutrition and core
infrastructure for the next 15-20 years. Only after successfully achieving these things should
it even think about competing with the likes of China.

I would agree with your post 50 %. India needs some serious effort to grow further.
But I am not able to tolerate a Bangladeshi commenting about killing others as a result of brain washing by parents.
I read a lot of news about killings happening in Bangladesh.

Maybe. But you have no idea what "butthurt" means after I opened a thread on "beasts of burden" and the Indian reaction.

Yes, that is not your eyes playing tricks. It is a Indian woman being used as "beast" to pull a rickshaw in "Mars India 2015".

Do you have any idea what happened after I posted this thread? Wow. I had whole Indian "Kumbh Mela" after me to lynch me. And I thought eating beaf was dangerous !

Ps. Before pointing to "failed Pakistan" we banned this inhuman practice in 1949.

@Indus Falcon @Roybot

This only shows India's commitment toward sustainable development. Indians are very conscious of the fact that mechanization of transportation severely impacts the environment. This is why rickshaws are so common.
