Besides there is a serious qualitative difference.
Slums in China have toilets and electricity, those in India do not.
There are slums in Hong Kong too. There's photos of them and they're still there.
Yet the average "slum dweller" in Hong Kong is LIGHTYEARS ahead of even middle class Indians. Why? Because Hong Kong slum dwellers have electricity, and toilets.

Slum is a slum and not a Five Star Hotel as you are claiming. I have seen pictures of dirty Chinese slums. 174 Million people living in slums a country with double digit growth rate. Holy Sh!t.
Yep, the first thing you'll notice is no one is shitting on the pavement because there's toilets. There's stacks of air conditioners in the windows, check that. LMAO backfired.
