Data coming out of China isnt something to be taken for sure. A country which has banned its people from open internet, doesnot hold elections, barred people from coming in large groups and banned free media, data can easily be manipulated. I have seen what was going on in Chinese media channels, when Modi travelled China, same news again and again in a loop.

Ive heard very good things about Tsinghua, one of my professors (many years back) for material science studied there. She is one of Canada's most accomplished metallurgy researcher. I still have the notes from the two classes I took under her and I still use them from time to time

who are you fooling kid```typical ignorant slumdog with its deluded brain```'saw' this 'heard' that about China and become 'well-informed' lol````` general Chinese enjoy way more freedom than Indian and that's a fact```it is a most connect society with effective social well-fare system````at least I dont see people dying and defecting on street on daily bases, and being treated as objects in China as it is norm in India````the more I traveled to India, the less respect I have to the feudal alike society, it is the most appalling place on earth, yet with little hope
