Actually You are Spot On. On youtube there is a video with the title the Dalit forced striped by the Rajasthan Police, obvisiously Hindutva, RSS, Modi, BJP conspiracy against Dalits and Muslims. In reality, it was the shot taken from the mobile by someone during the stripped protest against the UP police in Noida under SP govt because the police is not registering FIR. The same video was posted by windjammer to show how Hindutva Brigade and Hindu dominated police are exploiting DALIT.

Have you ever heard the word DALIT, because its such a common word, but used so often in PDF. Nobody is conserned whether he is a muslim or the Dalit, but if they are disrespecting our national enthem, national flag, or mother country, they should be disrespected also.

2. still, being a patriot is respect-worthy but i have many times said that the indian political/social/economic system is utter nonsense and must be replaced entirely with a socialist/scientific system... if that is done, i would be the first in line to condemn anyone not respecting the indian system... the bombay case again proves the contradiction of current india where oppression and injustice has been turned into a art form and yet people are expected to proudly salute the elements of the same establishment/state which continues the nonsense system... this is against common sense.

From your entire post, it simply looks like you are trying to vent your personal anger through this event, which does not have anything in particular to do with your issues.

again, many people on this thread are hammering away about disrespect to a national symbol whereas i am simply talking about the contradiction about actual humans being disrespected every day in india... before any automatic respect for inanimate objects like flags and national anthems comes the sacredness of justice and welfare for people as the primary concern and if a political system provides this it should be deservant of every praise, but is it so in this case?? if human life was really sacred in india, india wouldn't have been tagged "suicide capital of the world".

think of the terror that this family underwent when surrounded by that mob, despite the family not committing a murder or oppression... the mob was in the cinema hall was led by blind, unthinking religio-nationalism... there were not some enlightened students of che guevara... so who should deserve our sympathy here??
