ITBP is just another division of Central Armed Police Forces coming under a different Ministry. ITBP is indeed a force to reckon with for the PLA. The Demoralization should be for the PLA as it is the Paramilitary forces of India which are on stand off with PLA rather than the Indian Army.

India is not willing to trust the Chinese like it did in 1962, Indian Army's presence in that region will be increased as a result.
