Peace in IoK isn't dependent on Pakistan. Indian army can't rape Kashmiri women and expect peace. Pakistan will have full justification to nuke every major/medium Indian city in case water is stopped.

Kashmir was peaceful till around Soviets where in Afghanistan,but once they where defeated Pakistan thought they can do the same thing in Kashmir ,since they had the mujahideens from Afghan war they moved some to Kashmir,that's the reason you saw foreign fighters getting killed in the beginning .and 10 years down the line you started seeing the same things happening in Pakistan , terrorist attacks bomb blasts and what not.
Regarding water ,it will be diverted or utilised more for India in future ,things are moving in that direction ,oh don't worry you won't even realise it will be gradual and you will get used to it

Any action India takes to block your water will be well disguised. They're aren't suddenly gonna turn off the tap.
It will be covered up by drought or low rainfall or something else. Basically Pakistan won't be able to prove definitely that India is blocking their water.

Obviously Pakistan can't blame India for climate change. Rest of the world can't do anything about tiny NK, don't hold your breath. Water is of matter death and life so nuclear weapon use will be justified unlike for NK. Because world will not sit and watch India play around with Pakistan water if they can intervene for nuclear weapons.

You forget about USA invasion later on which made all these militants settle in FATA, where there was no army or even police. No border control what so ever unlike now. Again nothing to do Kashmir.
