The whole system is seeped in corruption. But generally when such decisions are taken, even the green lobby, the left wingers etc. are involved. India will not be allowed itself to be used by the US. Why do you think USA courted Pakistan in the 1950s and 1960s anyways? Because India refused to side with the Yanks then too.

i personally believe that both india and pakistan china afghanistan even iran and all countries in our neighbourhood should ignore west and peacefully resolve our problems and not let west or america take advantage of our divisions.
