The answer to your question is that the world is complicit and has been complicit for a long time. This is the same world that falsely accuses China of holding Uyhgur in concentration camps. Here we have an open air prison with 8 million Kashmiris being raped and butchered, but the world is nowhere to be found.

It's a Hindu inferiority complex they are still hurting over Muslim rule on Hindus and Pakistan is a painful reminder of Muslims with strength. If you take weapons away from Hindus and they have to fight Muslims bare hands they would be on their knees as they've been throughout history.
