Why does it matters how much lies the prosecutor propagated? It's not that the court would decide the ruling based on his comments. How did the biriani claim affected the proceedings bar changing some public perception about speed of court proceedings?
It doesn't matter how much he lies about the case, unless he can produce some tangible proof, the verdict would not go in his favor.
