HENCE pakistan clearly tells the world (india in particular) we will use nukes to repel you if we have to.

CONTRAST INDIA nuke ethos

we will never strike first with nukes.

India is aware of its large military advantage & massive resource/economic advantage over pakistan.

i agree with your basic premise, "but the worst thing we could do is underestimate our enemy. this what to lead to... 71, and current situation in pakistan we should rather overestimate them so we are prepared for the unknown
