10-15 years ago we already saw Chinese products everywhere around the world, but even today I don't see many indian products anywhere. India doesn't really have a solid industrial base to make things happen.
That again is your perception.
Your secret sauce was export of goods, we have our own model of GDP growth.
It will be unique to us. I really don't see why it has to imitate china.
That's China's development rate, how can you be sure that India can do the same? You don't even have a industrial base to make it happen.
Because it has followed the historical trend.
In 1947 we were 10-15 years behind china, and even today we continue to be 10-15 years behind china.
In fact, now we are 11-12 years behind china.
Fact is Indian Growth rate is growing, chinese growth rate is slowing down. So if anything, our gap will reduce in the coming years.
