The Talgo EMUs India is testing are not high-speed. Even then, they are too good for India's dilapidated and shoddy tracks. It's like buying a Volkswagen Golf to drive on unpaved roads. What a waste!

India maynot have participation as grand as China, but it being absent from Inno Trans 2016 is not a correct information.

"Nowhere to be seen" doesn't mean completely absent. It's a phrase that's used to describe someone falling very far behind whose presence is practically non-existent.
