look, it's not like the 90s anymore (thank god).. local militancy almost finished, even though large parts have no love for the republic of India, many truly believe India to be a better option than Pakistan.. the huge subsidies, the many benefits the state provides for Kashmir are not lost on the local populace there.

soft border is ok but wont work for many reasons, fact is Pakistan cant afford Kashmir even if the valley were handed to you on a platter, and then there's a violent jihadi problem too..

International border banao, khatam karo.. there are many other more pressing concerns to deal with, spare me the "muslim land" bs, go to ar-raqqa for your "muslim" land. Indian administered Kashmir is Indian land, and you shall not have any of it, not one inch /hard facts

The status quo in Kashmir is never going to change. It is already too late for Pakistan, India is growing faster and stronger everyday, its not the 50s anymore.
