First, you need a successful revenge inorder to regain your long lost

dignity and than talk. What a joke !!

P.S. too much indigenous soft drink will be harmfull to your mental

health. :smitten::pakistan::china:

China had not won the 1962 war decisively (just like india did in 1971)instead it violated the border and when indians are in a position to retaliate it with drew its forces from the occupied land i.e Arunachal pradesh.
so before posting the post have some SHAME and know why Chinese with drew from the occupied indian land .
China is no position to challenge india for a war and vice versa. Read my post and get clarity, India can defend its land better than Tibet did, thats what it means. its a shame that you haven't read that post completely.
China is an emerging power in Asia, But don't show your arrogance like US which is the only super power.
what about some dog meat for lunch :azn:

Do learn some real history rather than your Indian's style history;

Let me have the honor to refresh your 1962 nightmare;

Part V: Ceasefire

When the world learned on November 21, 1962, the border war in the Himalayas was to be ended by China’s unilateral ceasefire and withdrawal. The Times expressed the universal reaction: "Astonishment almost blots out relief at the sudden Chinese decision." Chou En-lai called the Indian chargé d’affaires to his residence and told him in detail of China’s intentions: "1) Beginning from 00.00 on November 21, 1962, the Chinese frontier guards will cease fire along the entire Sino-Indian border. 2) Beginning from December 1, 1962, the Chinese frontier guards will withdraw to positions 20 kilometers behind the line of actual control which existed between China and India on November 7, 1959." The proposal further spelled out clearly that "in the eastern sector… the Chinese frontier guards … withdraw … to north of the line of actual control, that is, north of the illegal McMahon Line, and to withdraw twenty kilometers back from that line" and that "in the middle and western sectors, the Chinese frontier guards will withdraw twenty kilometers from the line of actual control." The Indians would be expected to keep their armed forces twenty kilometers away from the line of actual control too, and China "reserved the right to strike back" if they did not do so. This proposal was the same when Chou En-lai first made it to Nehru in his letter of November 7, 1959, and was reiterated after the Namka Chu battle. India rejected the repeated and consistent Chinese insistence of it as the only possible way to defuse the border, most recently and brusquely on October 24 after the first Chinese attack. Now, at the point of smoking gun, a victorious China imposed not a victor’s terms but what she had proposed all along.

The Indian Army had no doubt about the response to the ceasefire. The new Chief of Army Staff, General Chaudhuri, reported that his forces were in no condition to do anything but reciprocate the Chinese move. However, the story was different for the politicians, as usual, whose most frequent use of the word was "humiliation." While the soldiers were relieved, the civilians took the unilateral Chinese ceasefire as rubbing salt in the wounds. There was nearly unanimous opinion to reject Peking’s "offer" out of hand. Nehru played for time, simply saying that no official message about a ceasefire had been received from Peking. As for negotiations, "our position … continues to be … that the position as it existed prior to September 8, 1962, shall be restored." The Opposition members denounced "a typical piece of calculated Chinese trickery" and demanded assurances that the Government would ignore the ceasefire and continue to refuse negotiations. One politician cried: "Decency, dignity and self-respect require that we negotiate only after the barbarians are driven out." As some called the Chinese move "fraudulent," others saw it as an ultimatum. All the Opposition Parties except the Communists issued a joint statement: "The Chinese offer of a unilateral ceasefire is only another of their notorious maneuvers, calculated to cause confusion and disruption in our national front, gain time for consolidation and build up for another infamous offensive and prevent us from mobilizing resources from inside and outside and create doubts in the minds of our friend in world democracy." The statement continued that the Prime Minister must not allow himself to be taken in, and the Government should reassure the nation that it would stand firmly by the policy of determined resistance and no negotiations.

India has no forgotten the lessons of 1962, India is just going to teach a lesson , China raised the issue of dalai lama, India just did not bother, we know that chinese cannot take arms against us but just sniff and bark loud, Neither the International community nor India take these toy manufacturers Seriously. The only way to claim sikkim or arunachal pradesh for them is by writing china on stones, silly chinese.........

India surely will teach them a lesson if they go by the way they chose in 1962.... We never provoke them, tibet will be free if india needs it, there is no force which can question or stop us as long as tibetians and there leader are with us.... They seek refuge here, and Its certainly our business to satisfy them...

Another war with china and India will be happy to face it...

The Rediff Special/ Neville Maxwell
rediff.com: The India-China War, 40 Years On

After the 1962 war, the Indian Army commissioned Lieutenant General Henderson Brooks and Brigadier P S Bhagat to study the debacle. As is wont in India, their report was never made public and lies buried in the government archives. But some experts have managed to piece together the contents of the report. One such person is Neville Maxwell, who has studied the 1962 war in depth.
In the article that follows, Indians will be shocked to discover that, when China crushed India in 1962, the fault lay at India, or more specifically, at Jawaharlal Nehru and his clique's doorsteps. It was a hopelessly ill-prepared Indian Army that provoked China on orders emanating from Delhi, and paid the price for its misadventure in men, money and national humiliation.

How about some happy facts from your leadership ?

India can't match China's military force: Navy Chief

November 10, 2009

New Delhi: Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Sureesh Mehta has set off a storm by saying India cannot match China military force. Is it a warning from India's military that the government needs to hear?

"In military terms, both conventional and non-conventional, we neither have the capability nor the intention to match China force for force," said Admiral Sureesh Mehta.

For a nuclear-armed military representing the interests of a billion-plus people, the lack of confidence is quite striking. India's military leadership has made a stunning confession that New Delhi doesn't have the stomach for a fight, if push came to shove on the disputed Sino-Indian boundary.

"Whether in terms of GDP, defence spend or any other parameter, the gap between the two is too wide to bridge and is getting wider by the day," he said.

Is Mehta expressing frustration at the slow pace of India's military modernisation? While India spends about $30 billion annually on defence, China spends at least thrice as much, although some estimates go up to $ 200 billion.

How strong is India's military might ?

Look at India’s recent military ventures. Not very far ago, India joined the United States, Japan, Australia and Singapore in naval warfare games in the Indian Ocean. Soon after the drill, dubbed as Exercise Malabar, concluded, Indian and Russian paratroopers began a detailed, two week counter terrorism exercise in Pskov, Russia.

Following the trend the Indian defence forces are pursuing, It is on the verge of becoming a formidable fighting force of the future. India has its massive hit back nuclear capabilities from its remote islands like Andaman Nicobar and has Trident submarine based nuclear tipped missiles which will make our enemies sweat in their groins with the prospects of the Indian hit back in case of a Nuclear exchange ever takes place between India and China.

Armed with a resurgent RAW (with IB). Which will be India's own answer to the CIA.

RAW agents are now being trained by the world class MOSSAD, CIA and MI-5. World class spying Equipment is being transferred to India to have an extended coordinated network of spies to counter Islamic fundamentalism.

China in the history of its existence has never attacked any nation nor has had any imperialistic tendencies. 1962 War was a fcuk up by Nehru and his bloated ego who was solely responsible for his military misadventure and failed - Chinese only responded in retaliation. The Chinese want to be left alone and they are a very cleaver race. They know it that they can only rule their own race so any misadventure beyond chink eyed or slit eyed borders will fail - besides you are talking about only 200 close members of their politburo in Beijing and not 1,25 billion Chinese. These 200 people control the whole of China and these guys have one mantra which they practice again and again in a closed room - like a ritual on top of their voices - and that Mantra is " "LET SLEEPING DOGS LIE" ! They will never start something as long as their own interest is being met and that being having a control of the Corporate China ! Besides they have a lot on their mind as the Uncle Sam is hell bent on destroying their space capability so that when somewhere around 1920, in the event of a space war, they are able to prevail by taking out all the Chinese equipment out of the space.

Starting something with India is so .. so ... SO .. SO DUMB that the whole bad **** will happen to them. USA will jump in fully and proceed with their plans of breaking up China. Japan will invade from their east. India will invade their west and Russia will square up their decades old dream of Invading China from the north. China knows it and this shall never happen.

P.S. I prefere beef for lunch if you don't mind.

Still that is not a decisive victory over India. 1962 was the time when Nehru thought India china bai bai.
Indian army is ill equipped to fight a mountain warfare and Chinese have numerical advantage. Since most of our armed forces are concentrated towards west.
The withdrawal of the troops by Chinese was definitely because of chance of retaliation by Indian air force and logistical support problem.
And just for the reminder that it is not 1962. If you want to dig the history then Chinese were utterly humiliated like no other by japanese in world war 2.
what happened to your dignity there ?
it is 2009 and gap between india and china will be narrower as time passes.

Ohh if you still think that you can beat our army like 1962 you are mistaken man..Thanks to you we are much evolved ..we are constantly upgrading our army..you can see the military exercises with various countries we are conducting..it will give vast amount of knowledge to our military and also you can see we never lost a war after that..Even if there is a small scale war there will be a vast amount of loss to either side...
