Sensationalism and playing to the audience but the underlying sentiment is not exactly happy. At the end India is stuck in the same paradigm as Pakistan in that its expectations of what it wants from the US and what the US want from it are quite different so there is a lot of back and forth going on with acerbic opinions about each other behind their backs.
