UP is one of the poorest States in India and Bareilly is a Tier 3 city in that state. Even they have their own Entertainment parks, How is this not development ? I picked this non descriptive city to show how deep the development in India has gone.

This is a double decker construction, with metro train on top and a highway on the first floor.

Dedicated freight corridor trial runs with double stacks.
Its a game changer for India as presently passenger trains share tracks with freight trains and congestion leads to delays and maintenance issues.

Any arid region is no match for the lush greener regions. One will be pleasing for the eyes and other is busier or bland. Quite some North and North-Western regions of India are Arid, follow the Thar desert or google climatic map of India and you will see why.

Kashmere Gate metro station is Delhi Metro's only multilayered triple interchange station which offers interchange facility between Red Line, Yellow Line and Violet Line.

DMRC today commissioned 10 additional escalators at as many as nine stations including two new escalators at Kashmere Gate metro station.
Delhi Metro’s Kashmere Gate station gets record-breaking escalators! In a bid to enhance the commuting experience for Delhi Metro commuters, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) today commissioned 10 additional escalators at as many as nine stations including two new escalators at Kashmere Gate metro station. With this, Delhi Metro has taken the total tally of escalators at this metro station alone to a record 47 escalators for convenient movement of passengers. According to DMRC, these newer escalators are easy to maintain and have been updated with the latest software, providing more ease to passengers especially during peak hours."

Look at the passenger load in Kashmiri gate metro station. Option was these passengers traveling in buses , on roads.
No idea why ppl in Pakistan don't appreciate their orange line.
Kashmiri gate is in one of Delhi's most crowded areas.
