Is this it? Thats all the metro Chennai is getting? 2 lines seems pretty less, there's a lot of city that doesnt get covered in these plans.

You live in Delhi, you have seen the amount of metro being built here. By 2012-13, it should be around 170-180kms large covering most of Delhi's neighbourhood. They have planned it such that at max a Metro Station should be 15 mins from any location in Delhi. They ought to pump in more money in Chennai's metro

Any idea why they are skimping on the size of the network there?

A 52 MW wind power plant that Suzlon Energy is executing for Gujarat State Petroleum Corp (GSPC) in Gujarat will be commissioned in September, a state government official said.
“The work on the project site in the Kutch region has started. It will become operational in September,” the official of the industries and mines department said.

Moser Baer plans solar power project in Rajasthan
Moser Baer Photo Voltaic has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Rajasthan for setting up of a large solar power project in the state with an estimated generation capacity of one to five megawatt.
