It says that unless a person goes to Shari'ah courts, their fatwas won't be legally binding. Well, DUH. That's obvious.

Secondly, it says that Fatwas can't be accepted if they infringe the rights of the people. Again, DUH. Its obvious. If some stupid fatwa is given like how a raped girl must live with her rapist, then that fatwa is to be rejected and even in Islamic Law, that fatwa would be rejected.

Now, tell me, whats so 'ground-breaking' in this decision?

There is no ground breaking, even before that there is no legitimacy of Sharia Court and its fatwa. It just an another judgement which have to pass in a case.

Modi cant do anything about this verdict .Unlike some nations noone can influence our Supreme Court .SC ,s judgement is strong judgement.If some one want to bypass they must reappeal before same SC or amendmnt in Parliament.
Indian constitution give absolute protection for freedom
of Indians And it is our fundamental right.
Minority issue is too far away from it.
Noone in the India cant stop the freedom of an Indian citizens except SC and our judiciary.
So it is fundamental duty of Indian toobey our SC.
Those who dont need Indian Constitution and law can find another place.We dont need them.
