India has forcefully captured a region that was called Indian Administered Kashmir by abrogating its special status. Legally, LoC is a CFL now and both India and Pakistan are at war.

There have been two notable incidents.. (1) On 26th February, when Indian jets crossed the LoC and dropped payload not in a disputed territory, but across international border. (2) Deliberate (in our opinion) assignment of call sign that could have resulted in shooting down of a passenger jet.

The above two incidents hint towards a possibility that India can again assign a military call sign to a non military aircraft, or worst, a civil call sign to a military aircraft and attack Pakistan. The situation can result in an all out nuclear war.

Considering the above, it is in the best interest of the region, and the people travelling in Indian jets, to deny Pakistani airspace to flights originating from India all together as the current regime will not hesitate in sacrificing its own people to try to achieve its nefarious objectives.

There is a process called risk assessment. The risk of allowing Pakistani airspace to Indian aircraft is much higher than importing medicine and edible product (which are in fact, not too many).

Risk assessment normally has two factors, impact assessment and likelihood. A likelihood is ascertained reading through the track record.

Impact and likelihood both, respectively, have a higher rating in case of allowing Indian aircraft because of past incidents, and mass destruction a little deliberate nefarious act by India would attract.

However, if your drugs are found to be containing poison, we will not only ban your products, but also send your products to international laboratories for free publicity.
